Expanding Heating & Cooling was founded by Brad Noy, a licensed plumber who got tired of watching homes end up with heating and cooling systems that were installed fast, not installed properly.
With a background across residential, architectural, and boutique commercial projects, Brad saw the gap clearly: most installers treat the system as separate from the home. Brad treats it as part of the design, planned with the same care as the space it sits in.
That’s still the standard every job is held to today: thoughtful planning, clean installs, and relationships with builders and homeowners who care about getting it right the first time.
